WWW.StockClassPaintball.com is proud to introduce a new
program designed to make pump class paintball equipment available free of charge to field owners, and organizations
for pump events.
We have acquired a limited
number of loaner markers, either via direct purchase or
through donations from our membership, to encourage pump
events by providing this equipment on a short term basis. The
markers will be available under a first come, first served
policy. At the moment, these markers are of a variety of makes
and models. In time we hope to consolidate or add to the fund,
and reduce the variety making maintenance and instruction on
use easier. Donations to the fund are always appreciated.
We currently have SEVEN
direct feed pump markers available , and ONE Stock
Class marker available for use.
The markers will be shipped
in an appropriate, reusable container including instructions
for use and cleaning, adjusting tools, breakdown diagrams, and
inventory checklists. the receiving party is expected to
provide the air source (standard co2 tanks, or 12 gram
changers), hoppers, connecting elbows and of course, Paintball
players with certified safety equipment.
To reserve, simply contact
www.StockClassPaintball.com via email at
Maverick@stockclasspaintball.com .
Requirements/use agreement
(legal stuff and details):
A
refundable security deposit of $50 per marker must be
submitted two weeks prior to the reservation date.
The
hosting organization will be responsible for all shipping
expenses (both ways), including appropriate insurance
coverage. outbound shipping will be paid in advance along with
the security deposit.
The
markers will be shipped in good working order, clean, and
are expected to be returned in the same condition. Failure
to comply will result in a $20 per marker cleaning charge,
forfeited from the security deposit.
Markers
will only be shipped to bonafide fields, clubs, or
organizations or on behalf of members in good standing of
SCP, within the continental United States of America. All requests are subject to approval by the SCP
management.
Markers
will be shipped at least three days prior to an event, and
are expected to be returned no more than three days days
after the event. Rapid return is necessary in order to
ensure they are ready for the next event as soon as
possible (i.e.- if the event is on a Saturday, they will
be received by Thursday, and shipped back by the following
Tuesday at the latest.
On
occasion, equipment may malfunction. Lessees (defined as
the responsible party the equipment is provided to) are expected
to take reasonable care in the instruction and use of said
equipment, and perform basic repairs if necessary.
Breakage due to negligence or abuse will result in loss of
the security deposit appropriate to the damage. Normal
wear and tear items will be considered as such (cup seals,
o-rings, etc.), provided notification of the failure is
made prior to the equipment return. In the event of a
dispute, The SCP management will make the final
determination of the situation, after reasonable
consideration and dialogue.
Instruction on use, cleaning, and minor maintenance will
be provided with the markers, as well as a durable,
reusable shipping container.
Though
there is no charge for the use of this equipment, aside
from shipping, donations to SCP are encouraged. These
funds help keep programs like this available for future
events.
Lessees
are also encourage to obtain security deposits from the
end users, to limit their liability in the event of user
failure, or abuse. Reasonable Rental fees may obtained by
the lessees if necessary, to cover "field" expenses for
providing the equipment.
